Joe entered the cable television industry in 1976 working in the technical & engineering areas of the business. He has held positions with Liberty Communications, Communications Systems Inc., Video Engineering Inc., Viacom Networks (Showtime/The Movie Channel), Cooke CableVision, Inc., Digital Radio Labs, Pacific Bell (SBC), and Newhall Pacific, Inc.
