| Newhall Telecom is a full service provider of consulting, materials, design services, maintenance services, data services, & WiFi systems to small to medium sized systems, properties, specialty applications who are presently underserved by other service providers. By using technologically advanced processes and methods we are able to offer the same level of services to our clients that their larger competitors are able to offer. We have a unique perspective that it is better to do something correctly the first time so we don’t have to do it again and this serves to save our clients money while enhancing their customer’s experience. |

| Newhall Telecom, LLC provides maintenance & operations services for James C. Sparkes Cable Company who operates the cable television system serving The Forum @ Rancho San Antonio in Cupertino, California. This system is a bi-directional 860 MHz. system that offers 75 channels of analog programming, 35 channels of High Definition programming, and high speed internet access to the residents. This system was completely rebuilt in 2005 by Newhall Telecom, LLC. Wireless Internet access has been added to the common areas and their health care center to provide access for visiting guests. |

Newhall Telecom, LLC provides maintenance services for the homeowners association of The Bluff's located in Salinas , California . This small private development selected Newhall Telecom, LLC to evaluate and repair their existing system. The system was upgraded in 2005 to provide quality reception via satellite for their residents. |

In 2006 Newhall Telecom, LLC upgraded the headend and outside plant for this complex to prepare for the introduction of High Speed Internet. The system is a bi-directional 750 MHz. and offers 70+ channels to their residents. |

Valley Oaks Mobile Home Park ; Lockwood , California |
| In 2004 Newhall Telecom was retained to rebuild and expand the cable television system serving Valley Oaks Mobile Home Park from its original 20 channels to 40 channels. In 2010 Newhall Telecom was again retained to expand the system to 60 channels and construct a new headend building & tower. Newhall Telecom also provides full maintenance services for the system. |

Ciudad Del Rey Motel & RV Park; King City , California |
Newhall Telecom was retained to upgrade the headend of the cable system and then upgrade the physical plant. The system was upgraded from a 24 channel system to 40 channels with a capability of 60+ channels. Upon completion of the cable system upgrade Newhall Telecom upgraded the telephony plant and upgraded their wireless internet system to a captive portal access system with five access points. |

| In 2008, Newhall Telecom was contacted by Pacific Coast Satellite to assist in determining the cause of signal impairments to its buildings. This resulted in the rebuilding of its headend and then the physical plant of the buildings served. Newhall Telecom provided consulting services and design assistance in meeting Pacific Coast Satellites performance goals. |

Avenal State Prison; Avenal , California |
In 2009, Newhall Telecom was selected to review the existing master antenna system serving the prison complex with signals originating from both Fresno and Bakersfield. The initial review identified significant defects that required a complete rebuild and replacement of the physical plant which was completed shortly thereafter. The next phase that was completed was to replace the active devices and properly sweep & balance the system for proper operation. |

| In 2010, Newhall Telecom entered into an agreement with the ownership of Valley Oaks Mobile Home Park to provide high speed internet access to both the mobile home parks and the San Antonio Valley via a 802.11a/b/g/n network on both 2.4 & 5.8ghz. utilizing Ubiquiti Networks RocketM technology. This system consists of multiple antenna sites to provide maximum coverage in the valley. |
